About Us
Scott and Davis both have extensive knowledge in using composite materials and molds to create a variety of products spanning from small watercraft hulls to car parts. Their newest endeavour, Nordeast Parts, makes a variety of discontinued car parts and other composite goods using molds.
Scott and Davis are two Canadians dedicated to supporting their local community. Their products are manufactured in Canada at their shop located just fifteen minutes outside of Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
What We Do
Nordeast Parts is father-son duo Scott and Davis Dagley’s new business, creating a variety of parts from composite materials that are no longer manufactured or are extravagantly priced to have shipped to Nova Scotia from international retailers. Scott and Davis provide a unique service on Nova Scotia’s South Shore, offering a cost-effective alternative for replacement car body-parts made of fibreglass and composite materials.
Made by Canadians, for Canadians, Scott and Davis source their materials for these products from within Canada to keep costs down in the face of uncertainty and tariffs. Their parts are entirely manufactured at their workshop located just fifteen minutes from Lunenburg, Nova Scotia.
Together they have a history of expertise in composite parts manufacturing at a larger scale, having made industrial Cape Island style fishing vessels. They have also used molds to create midsize skiffs and smaller scale dinghies. This shift to car parts adds variety to their mould collection, and they still offer services in small boat manufacturing and repairs.

Scott Dagley is a fourth generation Nova Scotia boatbuilder, who began working on boats when he was 13 years old. His first teacher was his father, the late Gerald Dagley, who had helped build the tall ships Bluenose II and the Bounty in Lunenburg, in the 1960’s. Gerald helped Scott restore his first boat, an old bank dory. She had been purchased for $5 and was rebuilt, rigged to sail, and then resold for $75. Scott is a graduate of the boatbuilding training course at the Nova Scotia Community College/LRVS (Class of ’84.)
